Magnetotelluric transfer functions were accessed through AusMT, Australia's Magnetotelluric Data Portal (https://ausmt.auscope.org.au), enabled by AuScope and the Australian Government via the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS).

About this survey
Magnetotelluric survey of the Cloncurry region on the eastern margin of the Mount Isa Province, Queensland. Broadband and audio soundings on a two kilometre grid over roughly 40 by 60 kilometres were acquired between July and November 2016 by Zonge Engineering and Research Organization (Australia) for Geoscience Australia under RFQ 2016/3011, funded by the Geological Survey of Queensland, which ran the project with Geoscience Australia. Sites recorded for at least sixteen hours on Phoenix MTU-5A receivers with 100 metre dipoles, and thirty-seven recorded over two nights for the long period band. AusMT serves 473 transfer functions at 467 distinct positions, taken byte for byte from the acquisition contractor's own impedance export inside the data package of Geoscience Australia Record 2018/05. Every served curve is interpolated onto one shared hundred period grid; that, the three files of the copy held back, and the identifier rules are set out in README.md.
