Magnetotelluric transfer functions were accessed through AusMT, Australia's Magnetotelluric Data Portal (https://ausmt.auscope.org.au), enabled by AuScope and the Australian Government via the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS).
Long-period magnetotelluric transfer functions from the AusLAMP acquisition across Victoria, run jointly by Geoscience Australia and the Geological Survey of Victoria between 2013 and 2018.
About this survey
Long-period magnetotelluric transfer functions from the AusLAMP acquisition across Victoria, run jointly by Geoscience Australia and the Geological Survey of Victoria between 2013 and 2018. The survey occupied 100 stations on the AusLAMP half geodetic-degree grid: 81 recorded on ANSIR Earth Data Logger PR6-24 systems at 10 Hz in 2013-2014, and 19 sites whose Earth Data Logger recordings could not be processed were re-occupied with LEMI-424 systems at 1 Hz between 2016 and 2018. This package carries the 96 released transfer functions byte-for-byte; stations VIC002 and VIC034R have no released transfer function.
