About this survey

Long-period magnetotelluric transfer functions from Geoscience Australia's AusLAMP Phase 3 acquisition in Queensland, April 2023 to July 2024, acquired in collaboration with the Geological Survey of Queensland and funded as part of the Queensland Government's Queensland Resource Industry Development Plan. AusLAMP acquires long-period MT on a half geodetic-degree grid to map crustal and mantle electrical conductivity beneath the Australian continent. Every site recorded on a LEMI-424 system at 1 Hz, at 41 sites, all on Geoscience Australia's own instrument fleet with factory-matched fluxgate. The companion time series, MTH5 and LEMI-424 logger ASCII for all 41 recordings, is archived by Geoscience Australia under the same release and available on request rather than re-hosted here.
