The component columns Dr/Hr/Di/Hi exist only in Table D.1\n(Eyre Peninsula) and are empty for every D.2 row, so this file is minted\nfrom the polar form.\n\nCONVENTION: the registry's code-4 block is reproduced from Milligan's Table\nD.1 as R_ANGLE = atan2(Dr,Hr) + declination, and the registry angle is\nitself the sign-reversed polar Parkinson arrow atan2(-Ty,-Tx).  Milligan's\nprinted components therefore carry the OPPOSITE sign to the tipper, and the\nprinted azimuth converts under the standard rule\nTXR = -Lr.cos(Ar)      TYR = -Lr.sin(Ar)\nTXI = -Li.cos(Ai)      TYI = -Li.sin(Ai)\nThe physical check agrees: at Flinders Vault the resulting in-phase arrow\npoints south-southwest toward Gulf St Vincent and the Southern Ocean at\nevery period.\n\nFRAME: MAGNETIC north.  Table D.1's column key gives the azimuths as\nmeasured from magnetic north, and the registry reproduces the code-4 angles\nonly after a declination is added.  NO declination rotation has been applied\nhere: TXR/TYR and TXI/TYI are referenced to magnetic north as printed.\nRotate at ingest if a geographic frame is required.\n\nVARIANCES: Table D.2 prints NO uncertainties (unlike Table D.1, which prints\n+/-1 SD on each component).  TXVAR.EXP and TYVAR.EXP are therefore OMITTED\nrather than fabricated.\n\nSTATION: RI Riverton (Z components).
