 "abstract": "Forty seven magnetotelluric soundings recorded by Adelaide University between 28 April and 9 May 2012 over the Paralana geothermal field in the northern Flinders Ranges, South Australia. A west to east line of 32 broadband sites about 1 km apart runs 33 km, and 15 long period sites about 3 km apart run 43 km along the same line, 11 re-occupying a broadband site. Broadband periods run 0.0107 to 328 seconds, 24 or 31 a station; long period 5.3 to 8197 seconds, 20 or 22. Only the long period stations carry a vertical field transfer function. Every site recorded Ex, Ey, Hx and Hy on an Earth Data PR6-24 logger, at 500 Hz broadband and 10 Hz long period, against a dedicated remote reference 38 km south west of the line that no delivery holds a file for. The broadband files declare a 15 degree rotation and the long period files none; both are served as stored.",

  "statement": "The 15 long period soundings are sourced from the Beverley 2012 holding of The University of Adelaide Magnetotellurics (MT) data collection, DOI 10.4225/41/5a618c3ae30ab, licensed CC BY 4.0, and are served byte identical to the collection file. The 32 broadband soundings are Adelaide University's own Geotools export, licensed CC BY 4.0 under the owner ruling of 2026-09-21; their header dates have been rewritten into ISO 8601 and every delivered file is kept unaltered under provenance/as-delivered/.",
  "changes_made": true,
  "changes_summary": "The served set is 47 stations: 15 long period and 32 of the 35 broadband sites the field sheet records. Nothing is withheld, because both engine gates pass on all 47. The 15 long period files are byte identical to their collection file and only their names are AusMT's, each being that file's own DATAID. The 32 broadband files have their ACQDATE and FILEDATE values rewritten from a month-first two digit form into ISO 8601 by _tools/repair_edi_header_dates.py, each field keeping the value it printed, with nine lines inserted after each file's >INFO line naming the source file, its folder, its sha256, the kept copy, the defect, the change, the basis, the ruling and the tool. Nothing else in any file is changed: no data block, no other header line, no padding and no line ending, proved file by file against provenance/as-delivered/, where exactly nine lines are inserted and exactly two lines change in each of the 32 and both changed lines are date lines. The broadband station identifiers are published from the station_ids map rather than from DATAID, because the delivered DATAID carries the processing pass's output suffix; nothing inside any file is rewritten to achieve it. No number, no position, no frame declaration and no gate verdict is altered.",
