"abstract": "Twenty long-period magnetotelluric soundings on a 140 km east to west line through Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, recorded between 23 April and 8 May 2006 along the Eastern Goldfields deep seismic line that the MAGIX registry note calls EGF1. Twenty-five sites were numbered and five were never occupied, leaving a mean spacing of 7.5 km from 120.52 E to 121.97 E. Each site recorded Ex, Ey, Hx, Hy and Hz on a three-component fluxgate magnetometer with copper and copper sulphate electrodes on orthogonal dipoles of 15 to 20 m, logged on an Adelaide-Flinders Orange Box. The transfer functions span 10.7 s to 4,096 s, 18 to 27 periods a site, and every file carries a tipper. The served files are a 2025 WinGLink export made by the custodian; no source in the drop names the software that processed the soundings. Western Australia registers the survey as R72001 and released it publicly in March 2021.",
